1. Agreement
By using our website or hiring Hearth Property Care LLC for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
Hearth Property Care LLC provides landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, junk removal, and custom project services to residential property owners in the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire.All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided before work begins are based on the information available at that time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions arise. We will communicate any changes before proceeding whenever possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through Wix Payments (credit/debit cards). Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future services.
5. Cancellations and Scheduling
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of scheduling priority.
6. Property Access and Conditions
By hiring us, you grant Hearth Property Care LLC and its team permission to access the areas of your property necessary to complete the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for disclosing any known hazards, underground utilities, or restrictions before work begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hearth Property Care LLC carries liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our work, we will work in good faith to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided for that job.We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by undisclosed hazards, or circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather).
8. Satisfaction
We take pride in quality work. If you are unsatisfied with a completed job, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the concern.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
