Our Policy

All services provided by Hearth Property Care LLC are non-refundable once work has been completed.

We invest time, labor, and materials into every job. Because of this, we do not offer refunds after a service has been performed.

Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. In cases where no work has been performed and no materials have been purchased on your behalf, we will work with you in good faith regarding any deposit paid.

Concerns About Completed Work

If you have a concern about the quality of work performed, please contact us within 48 hours of job completion. We take pride in our work and will assess the situation and, where appropriate, return to address the issue at no additional charge

This is not a guarantee of a refund - it is our commitment to standing behind our work.

Payments

All payments are processed through Wix Payments. We do not store your payment card information. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your card provider.
